Shipping Info

General Shipping

We provide shipping to most countries around the world via air frieght. There are, however, rural areas where we cannot ship to. If you do happen to live in one of these countries, we will contact you again to work out alternative shipping methods. While we appreciate our strong following of fellow V-dubbers in the Antarctica, we do have our limitations as well. If you do not find your country under our country list, or if you get a message telling you we are unable to ship the item, do not hesitate to contact us! Your country may simply not be in our system. And if you are buying a large amount of things and find shipping to be way too expensive, drop us an email too! At 32 Degree South, our customers always come first, and we will try our best to work something out for you.


Shipping Times

Generally, our shipping times are between 12 - 28 business days excluding weekends and public holidays (depending on mode of shipping selected). If delivery times are expected to be delayed, we will let you know via email.


Product Availability

While we do aim to get your products to you as soon as possible (we know you can't wait to get your hands on your quality 32DegreeSouth stuff), some items may not be in stock due to the over-demand. Should this ever occur, we will contact you via email so you will be able to let us know your next recourse.


Severe weather

Shipping time cannot be guaranteed in the case of adverse events at the 32DegreeSouth warehouse or at any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to snowstorms, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions or Thor falling out of the sky.



Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package. Our aim is to provide you with quality customer service, but we cannot be entertaining complaints about air fresheners not smelling good 1 year after delivery.


All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 days from the purchase date.  If an item of lesser value is chosen there will be no refund for the additional amount.
